Your details and personal information required for executing the orders will NEVER be disclosed (made known or sold) to any third parties, unless obliged to do so by law. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number, will be made known to third parties delivering the item/s.

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

RETURNS and REFUND POLICY

Of course, we hope that this never happens….

Returns for a full refund are accepted up to 7 working days after purchase if the garment is not worn and has the original tags still attached.

We offer free returns within South Africa. Returns from outside the borders of South Africa are for the customer’s account.

Knitwear is easily snagged and pulled.  We guarantee that your garments leave the factory without any pulls so take great care to avoid snags as we cannot refund damaged garments.

When the garment is received in good condition, we will happily refund your money within 10 days of receipt of the goods.  Please don’t forget to send us your correct banking details.

Should you need to return an item to us, please package it securely so that it doesn’t get damaged while being transported. Please email us with the delivery details so that we are aware that the parcel is on its way.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.

Nomvula’s Knitters are a ‘MADE TO ORDER BUSINESS’ and need time to carefully manufacture your orders.  We like to ‘under promise and over deliver’ hence we work on a 3-week lead time.

 St Frances Bay is deemed to be an outlying area in courier terms; Hence we prefer to use the local Post Office and send the parcels via speed post. If you have opted to request your own courier to collect, we will oblige and obviously not charge shipping as this will be for your account.

South Africa: All products are posted to a postal address and take approximately 3-5 working days to arrive and you will be provided with a tracking number.

International Shipping:  As per customers request..

Nomvula’s Knitters retains all copyright and other rights to services, as well as listings, information, images, videos, and databases (the “Property Protection”). A modification, reproduction, publication, disclosure to third parties and / or exploitation of the protected property without the prior written consent is expressly prohibited by Nomvula’s’ Knitters. This includes but is not limited to copying any style or design.

TERMINATION OR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Nomvula’s Knitters reserves the right to cancel or refuse to fulfil any order it suspects of being fraudulent.

CHANGES IN GENERAL TERMS OF CONDITIONS

Nomvula’s Knitters reserves the right to revise these terms from time to time.

We reserve the right to ban any individual uploader or website domain from using our services for any reason.
